Analysis of Information Structure of the Corporate Network of Enterprise

Abstract:
The approach to designing a corporate network of the enterprise with the use of business modeling and mathematical modeling of the information structure of the network is shown. The possibilities of using the analysis of the information structure of the network to determine the composition of hardware and software and optimize the network structure are shown. A method of describing the information structure of the network are advanced. Results can be useful to designers and administrators of corporate networks.

Digital Technology and Quality Management

Abstract:
Development of science and technology requires the development of new methods of quality management. Along with already existing methods and quality management systems new approaches. Article showing some areas for improvement of the existing and creation of new tools, techniques and quality management systems in the light of the development of digital technologies. In particular, the combination of known methods of quality management (TQM, Lean Production and other) and information technology (methods of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), CALS-technologies, ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning), PDM-system (Product Data Management), MES (manufacturing execution system), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), EAM (Enterprise Asset Management systems) and others) allows you to create new principles for a modern quality management system.

Enterprise’s Innovative Infrastructure Development Model Based on Quality Function Deployment Method

Abstract:
The application of the QFD method for solving the problem of designing an innovative enterprise infrastructure is proposed. As requirements of the "consumer", the conditions for effective implementation of the company's innovation strategy are considered. Five alternative types of innovative strategies are identified. The requirements for each strategy to the level of development of the company's innovation infrastructure are determined. With the use of benchmarking technology and the expert assessments method, the matrix of the elements of the innovation infrastructure has been constructed to meet the requirements of the innovation strategy. As a result of the deployment of the quality function, two types of discontinuities were calculated: due to the existing innovation infrastructure as a whole, ensure successful implementation of the enterprise strategy and the degree to which each element of the innovation infrastructure corresponds to the requirements of the innovation strategy. The expediency of the use of cooperative interactions for the development of the innovation infrastructure is substantiated. A matrix model for the selection of the strategy for the development of the innovation infrastructure has been developed, taking into account the following parameters: the type and size of the gap, the organizational and financial complexity of the implementation of the reforms.

The Stakeholders’ Feedback Mechanisms for Degree Programs Quality Assurance

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the quality management of degree programs based on the PDCA cycle. Due to the duration of bachelor's and master's degree programs, the PDCA cycle should be used constantly during providing educational services to make management decisions promptly improving the degree program quality. The article describes the feedback mechanisms of the PDCA cycle on the stage Check both for the whole degree program and for each semester. At the same time, the following stakeholders provide the feedback: students after each semester, graduates at their graduation time, young alumni, who have worked after their graduation for 1-2 years, and employers having graduates among the personnel. These feedback mechanisms will allow assessing Degree Program Quality in a complex way. The article contains the regulations on using feedback mechanisms and its implementation based on the experience of Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University.
